Pinnacle Realty Services sets up independent checking, savings, and money market accounts in order to help keep your association's finances streamlined.
In addition, each owner is provided with fee payment coupons and mailing envelopes to assure fast, accurate collection of fees. PRS has accounts receivable reports that provide boards with a detailed status of each owner's account and enabling treasurers to easily identify all charges, fines, and late fees that apply to each property.
Special reports are provided directly to an association's attorney if legal action is required. Detailed, monthly financial reports, along with income statement and balance sheet, compare each income and expense category with the current and year-to-date budget to present the financial position of the association, accounts receivable aging report, check register, open accounts payable report and bank statement reconciliation.
Annually, Pinnacle Realty Services will review and outline anticipated income and expenses of the association as a part of the budgetary process for the coming fiscal year.
