Emergency calls after hours are directly handled by PRS employees through an answering service.

An after-hours emergency necessitating a call from an owner to the management company would typically involve a water pipe leak, sewage back up, or fire and may be reported by calling toll free 856-374-8072. A roof leak, for example, while urgent, is not an emergency call and cannot be repaired until after the end of the rain.

Some situations, which are NOT considered emergencies, are:

  • Noisy neighbors
  • ARC request
  • Questions about account balances
  • Illegally parked cars
  • Rules violations

While not emergencies, these types of situations are important but are better handled by the association manager during normal office hours rather than the after-hours on-call technician.
