My aunt owned a home in Paoli, Pennsylvania that was very old. When she became ill, the property was given to me. As a resident of Oceanside, California, I needed a property management company I could trust because I was a long distance away. Pinnacle was just that. They are great people. They helped me to rehab a very old 5,000 square-foot building that had been converted into apartments in 1942. What I liked best about Pinnacle, was John Ross, the company's principal. He is extremely personable and knows how to get a job done. The rehab of the home was a huge undertaking, but no matter what needed to be done, John was willing to do whatever it took. The place needed to be gutted and everything needed to be replaced ' rewiring, plumbing, painting and so on. The building needed to be brought up to code and Pinnacle did it. It was amazing. The rate Pinnacle was able to obtain for all of the contract work was phenomenal. I would recommend them to anyone."

I am the president of a fee simple homeowner's association. Our community is made up of 403 homes, including single-family attached doubles, townhomes and single-family homes. Pinnacle is primarily responsible for managing our property - which includes not only repairs and landscaping of all properties, but also common areas like the club house, pond area, pool, tennis and basketball courts and tot lot. We chose Pinnacle after being managed by another property management company that was less than scrupulous about details. The reason that we chose Pinnacle over other property management companies was because they are extremely professional, have excellent resources, are young, dynamic and never let us down. I have been working with Pinnacle for two and a half years. They are absolutely great! I have several combination commercial/residential properties in Havertown, Narberth and Overbrook Park. Pinnacle manages my properties and does anything that needs to be done. They take complete care of my properties for me so that I don't have to worry about them. As the time was coming soon that we, the members, would take over the control of our association consisting of 126 members, it became necessary for us to look for another management company since we had many complaints from the members and member trustees regarding the lack of the Developer's current company's "management friendly" attitude. Since I had over 25 years of experience in the management and real estate development business the trustees asked me to find another company.
