A FEW OF OUR SERVICES AS YOUR ASSOCIATION MANAGER

  • Collect Association Monthly, Quarterly or Annual Dues
  • Provide Ease of Payment through Multiple Avenues of Payment Processing
  • Provide the Board & Homeowners access to a convenient online portal to manage fee payments, request non-emergency work orders.
  • Provide Monthly or Quarterly Association Financial Reports as required by contract
  • Assist in establishing an annual operating budget for the Association
  • Establish Operating and interest-bearing Reserve accounts for the Association
  • Assist the Association in the collection of delinquent Association dues
  • Provide a single point of contact (Community Manager) for the Association
  • Implement and assist with the enforcement of Condominium Documents
  • Assist in Development of Rules and Regulations and Policies & Procedures
  • Address Violations of Association Rules & Regulations
  • Available 24 Hours a Day and 7 Days a Week for Emergencies
  • Provide Custom Quotes for Lawn Care, Snow Removal, Sprinkler Maintenance and other required property maintenance
  • Serve as a Consultant During Board and Membership Meetings
  • Prepare Agendas for Board and Membership Meetings
  • Conduct Inspections of Association
  • Prepare management reports for the Board as may be required by the client
  • Hire, supervise, and pay contractors as necessary to maintain the property
  • Provide owners/title companies with the re-sale documents (additional fee paid by owner/buyer)
