The property's financial and accounting needs are handled by a full staff of accounting professionals who are responsible for a variety of services. For each client we establish and maintain an accounting and reporting system tailored to the client's needs. On a monthly basis, we deliver at least the following: detailed reports on all cash receipts and disbursements, budget variance statements of the current month and year to date, cash flow, balance sheet, and a delinquency aging report, bank statements and reconciliations.
